The group has tie ups with Healthcare Management Institutes for Studies and Training Programs. Till date, Lakhshmi Hospital has had alliances with Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Indian Academy of Hospital Administration, Kaloor (journalism), to impart on-the-job and theoretical training to the health management students. We have excellent faculty for health management training division and we provide avenues for health management studies in Post Graduate and Doctoral Levels 
1 year Certificate Program in Laboratory Technology
This course offers a full-fledged laboratory including Histopathology for on-the-job training and experience. Qualified Histopathologists, Post Graduate Biochemists and Microbiologists lead the academic faculty.
